3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for customers across Pakistan.

  • Please ensure your provided contact number is active. Our team or the courier partner may send a confirmation message or call before dispatching/delivering your parcel.

4. Order Tracking

Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS containing your courier name and Tracking Reference Number. You can track your shipment directly through the courier’s portal.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If you receive your package in a damaged condition, please take pictures/videos of the package before opening it and contact us immediately within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  • In the rare event that a package is lost in transit, we will work with the courier service to replace your order as soon as possible.
